Minito Reasor is the Founder and Owner of Girlfriends’ Glasshouse Empowerment. Since 2010, Minito has been offering workshops developed to teach practical skills to young girls and women. The skills learned in Girlfriends’ Glasshouse Empowerment (GGE) workshops empower young girls and women to remove their emotional and mental bondage by breaking down false narratives. As a result, attendees begin to make healthier choices related to relationships, career aspirations and personal goals.
Minito received her Bachelor of Business Leadership degree from Baker College, in Auburn Hills, MI. She is a certified facilitator for Vital Smarts Crucial Accountability, Crucial Conversations and Stephen Covey Leading at the Speed of Trust. She is a certified coach and facilitator for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and a trained coach and facilitator for Gallup Strengths Finder. She is an independent consultant for professional organizations. She has facilitated more than 100 workshops and structured courses; audience members include leaders, corporate employees, faith-based organization members, and private individuals – all ages.
Minito authors a blog for women to share best practices, inspirational quotes, articles and videos to promote personal awareness. She has taught middle and high school girls to build self-confidence, leadership principles and entrepreneurial skills for Michigan Women’s Foundation. She has hosted and produced Girlfriends Glasshouse Empowerment radio podcast on Motor City Woman radio network. She has interviewed experts, authors, entrepreneurs and certified professional coaches on a vast range of subjects regarding purposeful living.
